Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
No. ChurchCompass is month-to-month. You can cancel at any time. The only upfront commitment is the one-time setup fee, which covers the cost of building your custom agent.
What does the setup process look like?
After signing up, you will receive a link to your onboarding form. Once you complete it, our team builds your custom agent — typically within 5–7 business days. We then schedule an onboarding call to walk your team through everything before you go live.
Can we upgrade or downgrade our plan?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is ChurchCompass a chatbot?
No. ChurchCompass is a full digital engagement and care system built specifically for churches. It captures structured data, tracks care needs, and gives your leadership real insight into what your congregation is experiencing — things a generic chatbot cannot do.
What happens to our data?
Your data belongs to your church. It is stored securely and organized in a way your team can access and manage. We do not sell or share your congregation's information with any third party.
Do we need technical experience to use ChurchCompass?
None at all. The external agent runs on your website and channels automatically. The internal leadership agent works through simple conversation — your team just asks questions in plain language. No dashboards to learn, no spreadsheets to manage.
What if we need help after we launch?
All plans include email support. Growth and Ministry Pro include priority support. Ministry Pro also includes phone support and a dedicated onboarding specialist who remains available as your point of contact.
Can ChurchCompass be customized as our church grows?
Yes. Your agent can be updated as your ministries, staff, and needs evolve. Ministry Pro includes ongoing customization as part of the plan. Starter and Growth churches can request updates which are handled on a per-request basis.
