How does FairBridge collect booth fees for me? ▾

When you create your event and set your booth fee, FairBridge generates a unique vendor invite link. Vendors click that link, choose their FairBridge tier, and pay both their booth fee and platform fee in one Stripe checkout. The booth fee is automatically deposited to your connected Stripe account. You never have to chase a payment.

What does FairBridge charge vendors? ▾

Vendors pay a separate FairBridge platform fee on top of your booth fee — Basic ($49), Enhanced ($149), or Custom Agent ($349). This is how FairBridge makes money. Your booth fee goes entirely to you.

Can I upgrade my plan later? ▾

Yes — you can upgrade from Free to Growth or Pro at any time. If you upgrade mid-event, the new features activate immediately for that event.

What is the onboarding call for Pro plans? ▾

The FairBridge Event AI Agent is configured specifically for your event — we need to understand your fair, your attendees, and your goals before we build it. The 30-minute call takes care of all of that. Most organizers say it was the most valuable 30 minutes they spent on their event.

Is the annual plan really unlimited events? ▾

Yes. Pay once per year and run as many events as you want — one per month, one per week, whatever you need. The annual plan is designed for organizers who run recurring or multiple fairs throughout the year.
